Booking and payment
To secure a trekking tour with us, full payment of the tour price is required at the time of booking. We accept payment via credit card or bank transfer. Upon receipt of your payment, we will send you a confirmation email containing details of your tour.

Cancellation and refund policy
If you cancel your tour more than 30 days before the start date, we will refund your payment minus a 10% administration fee. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the start date will not be eligible for a refund.

In the event that we cancel your tour for any reason, you will receive a full refund of your payment.
