Most trekking equipment can be either rented or purchased at the numerous adventure shops in Kathmandu.
Additionally, keep in mind that trekking gear is readily available in Kathmandu's adventure shops, and much of it is locally manufactured, making it more affordable. However, many clothes are imported from China. It's important to note that carrying excess baggage can be cumbersome for both you and the support staff in the field. Pack light, but ensure you pack the essentials. This approach will enable you to have a comfortable journey, allowing you to focus your energy on enjoying the unique experience of Nepal.
